To date, I've shipped the Moondance paperback to France, the U.K. and to the lovely Gold Coast in Australia.

Shipping prices vary widely. So what I do for folks “over the pond” is get you a quote first. You choose the shipping option, and we go from there.

As thanks for your patience as Moondance is on its way to you, you also get the Moondance e-book immediately after you purchase. Sometimes, it takes a while. But I haven't lost one yet!

How to buy Moondance from outside North America

$26.95 CAD, plus shipping (392 pages)

I sign each copy personally and I let you know when it's in the mail.

1. Please e-mail me your order (include your full address)
2. I'll respond within 24 hours, then e-mail you again within 24 hours with your shipping options
3. You e-mail me your shipping choice
4. I'll send you a PayPal invoice
5. You pay by credit card or PayPal (I don't see your credit card information)
6. I send you the Moondance ebook (PDF) as a gift, and let you know when your paperback's on its way.

Once you make your payment, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. I'll let you know approximate timing.

Save on shipping
